Position Summary:
As a Principal Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic architect for our high-scale Member Portal Solution aimed at payer customers. Your role is crucial in accelerating our growth trajectory towards 2026 and realizing our long-term AI-native vision.

This position demands a strong understanding of the US Payer landscape, claims data, and benefits orchestration. By leveraging customer insights and comprehensive healthcare market knowledge, you will craft a data-driven roadmap that prioritizes long-term profitability, total addressable market growth, and member experience enhancement. You will provide the strategic guidance necessary to mitigate risks, address architectural challenges proactively, and present high-quality logic to influence the Executive team effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the subject matter expert for US Healthcare integrations, focusing on simplifying the healthcare journey for members—particularly regarding EOBs, claims status, accumulators, and complex benefits.
- Lead the product strategy for administrative self-service, ensuring members can efficiently manage their actions and comprehend their financial and health information seamlessly.
- Translate complex member needs and market trends into a well-defined roadmap aimed at generating new revenue and improving operational efficiency.
