As the Principal Product Manager for Content Abuse Prevention, you will be a visionary leader overseeing the end-to-end execution and long-term strategy of our global detection systems and safety frameworks.
Your role extends beyond managing a roadmap; you will redefine and innovate the North Star guiding how LinkedIn upholds the integrity of content across our ecosystem. This high-leverage, high-visibility position demands expertise in navigating complex geopolitical landscapes, emerging AI threats, and large-scale infrastructure challenges. You will lead collaboration among AI Research, Data Science, Policy, Legal, and Global Operations to ensure LinkedIn remains the most trusted professional platform worldwide.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Expertise in Trust, Safety, Integrity, or Fraud Prevention, with a proven history of developing platform-level safety, moderation, or abuse-prevention solutions.
Experience in leading products utilizing AI/ML technologies from inception to implementation.
A track record of driving multi-year, high-impact strategies that yield measurable enhancements in developer efficiency and defense agility.
The ability to operate autonomously and influence outcomes, leading significant cross-organizational initiatives while affecting organizational change.
Exceptional skills in managing complex cross-organizational dynamics, balancing business, policy, and technical constraints to ensure safety at scale.
A commitment to elevating the Product Management discipline at LinkedIn through mentoring senior PMs and promoting a culture of product excellence and member-first thinking.
