The Role
As the Principal, Software Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of customer deliverables in line with contractual agreements regarding scope, timeline, and internal budget. The ideal candidate will excel in driving disciplined execution through consistent methodologies and robust communication skills. You will be a dedicated advocate for the League product, ensuring timely and high-quality implementations that meet our clients' business objectives.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing enterprise-level implementations for one of our largest and most strategic customers, establishing a project governance structure tailored to the customer landscape.
- Facilitating adherence to change control processes while supporting risk and issue escalation, decision-making, and program status updates.
- Collaborating on external communication plans and ensuring accountability for securing final approvals on client deliverables.
- Overseeing the organization and deployment of League resources for implementations, ensuring timely production of deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Leading cross-functional internal and external teams (product, design, engineering, QA) to create clear, actionable product requirements that align with project goals and client needs.
- Being accountable for developing and maintaining comprehensive integrated program plans, resource allocations, budgets, and performance against targeted implementation milestones.
- Serving as a point of escalation for risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with external client counterparts, proactively identifying opportunities to influence decisions and foster long-term partnerships.
