Qualifications
Responsibilities:8 to 11 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, with 5 to 7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.At least 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or widely-used programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and application architectures, including but not limited to: agile development, domain-driven design, microservice architectures, test-driven development, event-driven architectures, and test automation.Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-premises environments.Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with customer architects, developers, and business leaders.Proven ability to install and deliver complex demonstrations involving multiple applications deployed on Docker and GitHub Codespaces.Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical and business concepts effectively to both technical and executive audiences.Strategic collaboration with sales teams to provide insights on executing a multi-threaded account strategy, aligning MongoDB and ecosystem resources to achieve a mutually beneficial account plan.Ability to travel up to 25%.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to champion the sales and delivery of our modernization initiatives. Candidates must reside in North America, ideally near an airport for easy access to customer sites across North America and Europe.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work from France.
