Principal SE - Key Accounts
The Principal Solutions Engineer for Key Accounts will act as a technical sales strategist and business partner to Okta’s AMER Key Account Directors, driving the acceleration of strategic deals, scaling key initiatives, and ensuring consistent success within Okta’s Key Accounts segment.
You will work collaboratively with Key Account Directors, GTM leadership, and product stakeholders to:
- Develop and lead pursuit strategies for significant, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Drive AI initiatives, partner strategies, and key sales pursuits across large enterprise accounts.
- Establish and operationalize repeatable sales processes, partner frameworks, and AI-enhanced sales strategies.
- Promote and institutionalize best practices that enhance win rates and deal velocity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to Okta’s Key Account Directors and sales leadership, supporting and executing go-to-market strategies for impactful pursuits.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks and methodologies that enhance consistency and predictability across strategic deal cycles.
- Collaborate with the Office of the FCTO to align AI and platform sales narratives with market trends.
