As a Principal Technical Account Lead (12-month Contract), you will spearhead the development and management of our technical relationships with enterprise-level retailers and internal teams. As a trusted technical advisor, you will support retailers in adopting our comprehensive suite of solutions and strategize on optimizing Flipp services, all while generating enthusiasm about transforming the weekly shopping experience. Your insights will contribute to shaping the product roadmap alongside Flipp’s product and engineering teams, drawing from your industry expertise and real-world retailer experience.
