Responsibilities:Evaluate VALORANT’s product landscape to uncover impactful opportunities where AI can enhance development and player experiences.Develop and align generative strategies for critical product areas, prioritizing outcomes that deliver measurable value.Introduce strategic structure and clarity to our core AI initiatives, setting them up for long-term success.Collaborate with engineering and research teams to ensure AI solutions are robust, scalable, and smoothly integrated into existing workflows.Lead cross-functional teams through influence, connecting abstract AI concepts with concrete product requirements.Act as a strategic proxy for leadership, managing high-stakes opportunities with autonomy.Transform empathy for internal developers and players into AI product experiences that address real pain points.Required Qualifications:Over 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Product Management or a closely related engineering/research domain.Demonstrated experience managing products driven by Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI.Proven capability to operate at a Principal level, navigating organizational complexities to achieve outcomes without direct authority.A strong technical foundation (CS degree or equivalent experience) that enables credible discussions on trade-offs with Engineering Leads.Experience converting open-ended research or ambiguous technical capabilities into precise product roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.Desired Qualifications:Familiarity with the game development lifecycle, including art toolchains, game engines, and production pipelines.
