- Collaborate with the Commercial Director of Beyers Koffie NV to develop a comprehensive commercial strategic plan aimed at increasing annual sales and profitability.
- Conduct annual market reviews with customers or as requested, utilizing Nielsen data to inform discussions.
- Oversee the development and execution of category sales strategies to meet annual sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Managers to ensure coherence and alignment across sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, including HACCP and other relevant standards within the department.
