- Oversee the Founder/CEO’s inbox comprehensively, including triaging, prioritizing, routing messages, and drafting responses in the appropriate tone.
- Prepare a daily executive brief outlining critical decisions, deadlines, significant discussions, and potential risks.
- Ensure that urgent matters are addressed while minimizing distractions.
Calendar Management
- Regard the Founder/CEO’s calendar as a strategic asset—protecting time for focused work, reducing internal disruptions, and ensuring meeting effectiveness.
- Facilitate customer discussions and investor meetings with thorough preparation and structured follow-up.
- Transform spontaneous communications into organized workflows through effective scheduling, delegation, or closure.
Execution Tracking
- Maintain a comprehensive follow-up tracker for all internal and external commitments.
- Monitor action items, responsible parties, and deadlines to ensure consistent resolution.
