In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining business operations through the management of business listings, effective communication with sellers, follow-up correspondence, and involvement in light accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and a solid background in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), preferably within an accounting firm context.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and update online business listings and directories.
- Engage with business sellers through phone and email, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and dispatch follow-up communications and inquiries.
- Assist with basic accounting functions, including tracking and reporting of AP/AR.
- Keep precise records of conversations, transactions, and communications.
- Support calendar scheduling, conduct basic research, and perform general executive support tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams regularly to align on tasks and ensure timely execution.
