Your role will be pivotal in fostering a professional environment for our engineering teams and ensuring seamless communication between our Hanoi, HCM, and regional APAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Management: Oversee office setup and daily operations, including building management, utility coordination, and supply management.
Operational Support: Manage workflow between Hanoi and HCM, including document processing and payment management (utilizing Project A).
HR & Admin: Facilitate the onboarding process for new engineers, manage local timesheets, and monitor attendance records.
Corporate Alignment: Collaborate with the APAC Ops team to ensure that local activities align with global operational standards.
