ABOUT THE TEAM
The Anduril AIRS team specializes in high-performance cooled infrared imaging solutions, including IDCAs, modules, and cameras. We leverage state-of-the-art technologies, innovative designs, and vertically integrated manufacturing processes to meet the unique, mission-critical imaging needs of system integrators and instrumentation manufacturers facing complex thermal challenges.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and Optimize IDCA Manufacturing Processes: Spearhead the complete lifecycle of manufacturing process design, documentation, and continuous improvement for IDCAs, ensuring excellence in quality and efficiency.
- Drive Production Capacity Growth: Formulate and execute strategies to achieve substantial enhancements in production capacity.
- Innovate with Automation & Control Systems: Design and implement new equipment and automation solutions, along with data collection and process control systems, to enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and broaden test coverage.
- Ensure Operational Excellence & Uptime: Create and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) and equipment spare parts procedures to optimize equipment uptime and overall operational efficiency.
- Lead New Equipment Integration: Oversee the specification, sourcing, installation, and qualification of new process equipment.
- Support New Product & Program Launches: Offer essential design feedback for new IDCA products and lead the qualification of new designs and processes for program introductions.
