We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with over a year of experience in manufacturing, robotics, or automation to transition into the exciting realm of project management and process engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Implement robotics automation and applications to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Engage in Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) activities.
Provide programming support for various engineering tasks.
Assist in the planning and development of manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with machine manufacturers for effective process development.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and action trackers.
Support budgeting, resource planning, and risk management for projects.
Monitor daily project progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
Participate in project review meetings and prepare detailed status updates.
Ability to create simple dashboards using Power BI to track project KPIs such as timelines.
