As a Process Improvement Manager at ananinja, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, design, and implement innovative process improvements that promote efficiency, elevate quality, ensure scalability, and optimize costs throughout our operations.
In this dynamic role, you will focus on standardizing processes, minimizing waste, boosting productivity, and ensuring the sustainable adoption of best practices across all operational sites.
Process Auditing & Compliance
● Perform regular audits of operational processes, including inbound, outbound, stock control, and maintenance, to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
● Identify inefficiencies, deviations, and risks, providing recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
● Generate audit reports with actionable insights and monitor the implementation of remediation plans.
● Ensure that all processes align with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Process Assessment & Analysis
● Conduct comprehensive reviews of operational workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
● Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to evaluate and enhance processes.
● Benchmark operational practices across regions to uncover improvement opportunities.
Process Improvement & Optimization
● Spearhead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across various functions such as inbound, put-away, picking, outbound, inventory control, and store setup.
● Conduct time and motion studies, root cause analyses, and value stream mapping to identify and address inefficiencies.
● Design and implement standardized, scalable processes that align with our operational growth goals.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
Change Management & Capability Building
● Support the rollout of new processes through structured change management initiatives.
● Collaborate with Training & Development to ensure effective knowledge transfer and capability building.
● Promote the adoption and sustainability of improvements across all regions and operational sites.
