- Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes, providing insightful recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team and Point of Care (POC) account managers to facilitate communication regarding updates and enhancements.
- Deliver comprehensive Point of Care development support to assist operations in managing business needs.
- Provide both onsite and virtual training sessions for Branches, enhancing their Point of Care capabilities.
- Perform focused audits and assist in developing POC strategies aimed at driving compliance across systems.
- Regularly review and update standard processes related to Point of Care to ensure optimal performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Point of Care, offering ongoing training and support while maintaining current SME guides and resources.
- Support the growth and integration of Equus systems by developing training documentation and recorded sessions.
- Offer utilization training and support, including managing scheduled and served hours to foster growth.
- Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) as needed to bolster compliance efforts.
- Engage with team members to instigate change and enhance adherence to current policies and procedures, including mobile app usage.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
