At Limagrain Ingredients, we are in search of motivated operators eager to learn their trade in an environment that prioritizes innovation, operational improvement, and growth.
As a Process Operator at our Weert location, you will work in a 3-shift system. Following an extensive onboarding period and internal training, you will execute all tasks related to our automated production processes. You will supervise between 1 to 4 production lines, operating them independently while ensuring optimal output.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and starting up the processes.
Monitoring and operating the relevant installations.
Carrying out regulatory tasks such as product checks, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment.
Performing preparatory and operational tasks related to product quality and quantity standards.
