Qualifications

Lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts, and cultivate relationships to secure optimal pricing and quality. Perform market analysis to identify potential suppliers and keep abreast of industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of procurement needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within a global organization. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Strong analytical capabilities along with proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
