The Product Development Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and ongoing enhancement of operational processes within the Product Development (PD) department.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating the coordination and documentation of PD audits and compliance initiatives, assisting with evidence collection, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Supporting the upkeep of the Change Enablement Practice by preparing and updating documentation, alongside process improvements.
- Managing PD tools and knowledge repositories (e.g., Roadmap tools, Confluence/Wiki spaces), ensuring information remains current and accessible.
- Coordinating central PD functions (e.g., travel requests, purchase orders, onboarding processes), ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Assisting with financial and procurement processes, including data entry, expenditure tracking, supplier information updates, and report generation for review.
- Supporting the Tech Evaluation Process (TET) by scheduling sessions, monitoring actions, and maintaining a clear record of outcomes and decisions.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of RACIs, process maps, and standard operating procedures to enhance visibility and consistency.
- Assisting in the preparation of operational and performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for PD Operations leadership.
- Helping organize PD-wide meetings, workshops, and engagement events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
