Your Role
As a Product Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering full-stack features that have a direct impact on our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and implementing product features guided by our roadmap and genuine customer insights in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features based on roadmap priorities and customer feedback.
- Engage in sprint planning and code review to estimate, plan, and collaborate effectively with the product engineering team.
- Convert specifications into technical designs by working closely with the Product Manager.
- Develop and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to minimize QA workload.
- Address customer-specific requests efficiently, ensuring high-quality solutions when prioritized by the Product Manager.
- Assist in reducing technical debt through performance enhancements and improvements in developer experience.
- Document technical decisions, including architectural changes, API contracts, and design rationales.
