Responsibilities
Assist in the development and improvement of Map Viewer, ArcGIS Arcade, and data management workflows within ArcGIS Enterprise.
Work collaboratively with Product Engineers and Software Developers to identify and resolve issues.
Design and implement manual test plans for both new and existing software functionalities.
Coordinate with the feature team to prioritize and manage the issue backlog, including customer-reported bugs.
Effectively communicate functionality through comprehensive software documentation and workflow videos for various audiences.
Support the creation and monitoring of automated testing protocols.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience with ArcGIS software, ideally with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and/or various ArcGIS applications (e.g., ArcGIS Field Maps).
A proactive team player with a passion for continuous learning and software product development.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Recommended Qualifications
Experience in software testing for large-scale GIS systems or applications across desktop, web, or mobile platforms.
Familiarity with JSON, REST, Fiddler, and browser debugging tools.
Knowledge of manual and automated testing practices and tools for functional and regression testing.
