Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Product Intelligence & Data Analytics Manager to take charge of product analytics, KPI frameworks, and generate insights ready for executive review across RyderShare and associated technology products.
This position operates at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement, translating product usage data, Voice of the Customer feedback, and competitive insights into structured narratives, measurable KPIs, and actionable business decisions.
This role demands ownership of insights. You will determine what metrics we track, how we track them, and how we convert insights into strategic actions.
