Your Role Overview
This pivotal position reports directly to the CEO and encompasses full ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of effective solutions. You will be the go-to expert on utilizing agentic AI to enhance operational and sales efficiencies. We seek a candidate who is not just curious about AI but possesses a robust understanding of models, architectures, and automation tools to pinpoint and capitalize on high-impact opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap: prioritize tasks, manage the backlog, oversee sprints, and ensure the development team meets deadlines.
- Oversee the website redevelopment from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery that aligns with our product strategy.
- Manage API integration projects: define specifications, collaborate with internal and external teams, and guarantee successful outcomes.
- Oversee our HubSpot implementation, ensuring the CRM/marketing automation team is accountable for results, not just activities.
- Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements to drive product success.
