Your responsibilities include defining our accessibility roadmap, making prioritization decisions, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers for whom accessibility is essential. This entails articulating WCAG requirements, addressing complex compliance queries, and occasionally challenging unrealistic expectations, all while nurturing strong customer relationships.
You will work closely with design, engineering, product management, and QA teams to embed accessibility throughout our development lifecycle. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams on customer interactions, RFP submissions, and roadmap presentations.
