In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the complete authentication experience, laying the groundwork for every customer interaction with SIXT. From initial registration to hassle-free repeat bookings, your mission is to develop secure and user-friendly systems that recognize customers, validate their identities, and tailor their journeys from the very first interaction. Your contributions will significantly influence conversion rates, customer trust, booking efficiency, and the personalized experiences that follow.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Define and implement the product roadmap for SIXT's authentication platform, covering all aspects of login, registration, profile management, and secure account access across various channels including web, app, and partner integrations.
- Oversee the digital onboarding process: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive registration flows for new customers while minimizing friction for returning ones through advanced authentication techniques, saved preferences, and streamlined re-booking processes.
- Lead the development of loyalty program enrollment and membership functionalities, including a dedicated loyalty details page to boost program engagement.
- Work with engineering teams to design secure and scalable identity systems that unify customer core data across all SIXT platforms while complying with data privacy and security regulations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks, tracking metrics such as registration conversion rates, login success rates, verification completion times, loyalty enrollment rates, and time-to-first-booking metrics.
