The Commerce Product team is responsible for overseeing subscription management features across our Media Group portfolio, including Peacock in the U.S. and NOW, SkyShowtime, and Showmax internationally. Together, we serve over 100 million users across 70 global markets, managing back-end billing systems along with front-end user journeys. Our team's collaborative efforts involve various stakeholders, including strategic growth, marketing, and customer care.
About the Role:
As a Product Manager for the Commerce “Upgrade and Churn” team, you will design and implement user experiences that enhance subscription revenue and minimize voluntary churn. This role involves creating seamless upgrade pathways for users across web, mobile, and TV platforms. You will collaborate with engineering, data, partnerships, design, and research teams, inspiring innovation and driving alignment throughout the execution process.
