Join our team as a Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in redesigning and enhancing our commercial lending products in alignment with our new lending platform, set to launch as part of our exciting transformation programme. This dynamic position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from launching mortgage products in the residential market to refining unregulated bridging products and conducting annual reviews to ensure our offerings meet customer expectations. Collaborating closely with your teammates, you will manage our product suite daily, implement pricing changes, and work cross-functionally to uncover new opportunities to enhance our product range and boost lending performance.
As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing products that meet customer needs while driving commercial success, ensuring they function as intended.
- Supporting effective risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies, ensuring ethical conduct is embedded in product design and performance.
- Leading periodic reviews and renovations of products, spearheading innovation to address emerging customer demands.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance product performance through qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Driving initiatives that measure and enhance the performance of commercial finance products, while setting and monitoring performance KPIs and customer outcomes.
