About the Role
As a Product Manager in the Digital Experience portfolio, you will play a vital role in shaping how millions of fans engage with live entertainment. Leading a dedicated team, you will be instrumental in steering the end-to-end fan journey via the Ticketek website and app during a transformative digital age. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Product to define and drive the strategic vision for enhancing the fan experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team, focusing on impactful projects aligned with the squad’s objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and post-launch evaluation.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational OKRs, prioritizing the right projects at the right time.
- Translate user requirements and business objectives into a clear, prioritized product backlog and roadmap.
- Work with the Scrum Master to optimize team processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Balance the prioritization of strategic initiatives with routine business requests.
- Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to explore new initiatives through research and user testing.
- Utilize data and analytics to guide decisions, define success metrics, conduct experiments, and report on performance.
- Contribute to the establishment and refinement of product management best practices within the Digital Experience portfolio.
- Support the evolution of the product practice, working with the Head of Product and peers to shape impactful portfolio strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as the main contact for various internal stakeholders, aligning on goals, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocate for the best customer experience.
