About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and continuous development of vital product streams within our platform. This position is perfect for a professional who can adeptly balance product strategy, delivery discipline, stakeholder engagement, and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product planning and delivery for assigned modules, initiatives, and feature sets throughout the platform.
- Convert business objectives, client requirements, and operational challenges into precise product specifications and execution plans.
- Draft comprehensive product documentation including PRDs, feature briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow definitions, and release notes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, account management, and leadership teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and external stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, manage expectations, and articulate product direction.
- Engage in client meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment while upholding product quality and scalability.
- Prioritize the product backlog by evaluating business value, product strategy, effort, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification with technical teams.
- Ensure features are designed for scalability and reusability rather than one-off solutions.
- Coordinate with account managers and client-facing teams to collect structured feedback and translate it into actionable product insights.
- Align internal and external stakeholders regarding roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and timelines.
- Monitor feature adoption, product performance, user feedback, and post-launch issues to steer product enhancements.
- Facilitate the rollout of new modules, integrations, AI-powered capabilities, and operational workflows.
- Ensure robust product operations through meticulous documentation, backlog management, releases, and inter-team communication.
