Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Product Marketing Lead who will take charge of defining and executing the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our B2B SaaS product portfolio. This role requires a hands-on strategic marketer who is passionate about crafting compelling narratives, launching innovative products, and empowering cross-functional teams. The right candidate will possess extensive SaaS experience, a knack for distilling complex product functionalities (including AI-driven features), and will excel in a fully remote, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and refinement of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new features, product launches, and updates.
Create engaging customer-facing content, including website copy, sales presentations, product pages, and launch materials.
Transform technical and AI-enhanced capabilities into clear, distinct customer benefits.
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on roadmap, messaging, and enablement efforts.
Assist Sales with training resources, battlecards, and enablement materials.
Conduct ongoing competitive and market analyses to guide strategy and positioning.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Product Marketing within a SaaS context.
Strong history as a proactive contributor who can develop strategies and execute tactical deliverables.
Outstanding writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
Proven experience working collaboratively with Product and Sales teams.
Non-negotiable: Prior experience working in a fully remote capacity, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.), and experience with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates lacking this background will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing AI-driven or technologically complex products is a plus.
