We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our cutting-edge AI Security platform. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in defining and conveying the AI security category—transforming intricate adversarial AI threats and technological capabilities into compelling value propositions for customers, analysts, and the wider cybersecurity ecosystem.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will act as the strategic connector between Product, Threat Research, Sales, and Marketing—taking ownership of how we launch new features and clearly communicating how HiddenLayer safeguards generative AI and agentic systems from cybersecurity risks. This is a high-impact position within a fast-paced, emerging market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying HiddenLayer’s market narrative in the fast-evolving AI security landscape. Your expertise in translating deep technical insights into differentiated messaging and engaging stories will drive awareness, demand, and product adoption.
Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that articulates HiddenLayer’s unique value in AI security.
- Translate adversarial AI research, MITRE ATLAS mappings, and technical detection capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
- Define and evolve our category narrative as the AI threat landscape matures.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases.
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure launch readiness across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
