Job Description
We are in search of a Product Marketing Manager who will take charge of defining the positioning, messaging, and narrative for RyderShare. This pivotal role will influence how we communicate product value to the market, aid in product launches, and drive revenue enablement, ensuring that our external messaging and documentation convey a unified product narrative. This high-impact position sits at the crossroads of Product, Sales, and Customer Success. While writing, documentation, and visual assets are critical tools for execution, the primary responsibility lies in strategic product translation and providing clarity in the marketplace.
This hybrid role encompasses:
(1) Developing product positioning and supporting go-to-market strategies,
(2) Creating knowledge base and help center documentation, and
(3) Designing visual content for both customer and internal enablement.
