We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Product Marketing Manager to become a vital part of our team in Santa Clara, CA. You will collaborate closely with our Product and R&D teams to establish product positioning, create impactful messaging, and spearhead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Your primary responsibility will be to define how our products are positioned, communicated, and introduced to the market, significantly influencing how Dexmate's cutting-edge technology is perceived by our customers.
This position is at the crossroads of product development, sales, and marketing—translating intricate robotics and physical AI capabilities into clear and compelling value propositions for enterprise customers.

What You'll Do
Positioning & Messaging
- Establish clear, differentiated positioning for Dexmate's products.
- Transform complex technical features into engaging, customer-centric value propositions.
- Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key use cases across various target industries.
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Oversee product launches and comprehensive GTM planning.
- Collaborate across functions with Product, Sales, and Leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
- Create industry-specific messaging tailored to crucial verticals.
Sales Enablement
- Develop impactful sales materials that drive deal success, including:
- Pitch decks
- One-pagers
- ROI calculators
- Competitive battlecards
Content Strategy
- Define and prioritize content needed to support the entire customer journey, including:
- Case studies
- Demo narratives
- Technical explainers
- Ensure all content aligns with GTM priorities and contributes to pipeline goals.
