Responsibilities
Create and execute go-to-market strategies for Esri products.
Lead communication efforts regarding product functionality, lifecycle, and pricing changes, both internally and externally, including at events and tradeshows.
Analyze user and buyer needs to develop personas, positioning, and messaging.
Oversee product launches, releases, internal communications, and multi-channel enablement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to effectively communicate key product information, driving awareness and adoption of Esri technology.
Produce engaging content such as web pages, videos, case studies, press releases, advertisements, and product resources.
Provide insights into competitive capabilities.
Establish and track key performance indicators to assess product performance in the market.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing, corporate communications, business development, consulting, or related fields.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information in an accessible manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with current marketing software, systems, and tools.
Understanding of marketing concepts and best practices, with experience applying this knowledge strategically and tactically.
Proven project management and problem-solving abilities, with a successful track record of leading programs or high-visibility projects.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
