About the Opportunity
We are in search of a driven and proactive Product Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in the growth of our product marketing functions as Machinify transitions from service-oriented offerings to a cohesive, scalable technology platform.
This position is designed for a builder who thrives on hands-on experience. You will collaborate with Product Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to create foundational materials, support product launches, and distill intricate capabilities into compelling narratives. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing customer comprehension of our products, ultimately driving sales and go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities & Skillsets
Messaging & Positioning (Support & Execution)
- Assist in crafting and refining product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that articulate the unique advantages of Machinify for buyers and their influencers.
- Convert complex AI-driven functionalities into clear, persuasive value propositions targeted at payer audiences (executives, clinical teams, operations, and payment integrity).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to integrate feedback into messaging and content.
Persona Development & Customer Insight
- Contribute to the development of buyer personas by collecting and synthesizing insights from customers, sales teams, and market research.
- Map customer challenges and workflows throughout the payment integrity lifecycle.
- Work with product, sales, and operations teams to incorporate insights into messaging and content.
Video-Forward Storytelling & Core Asset Library
- Support the creation of video content, including scripting and coordinating production efforts.
