Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring successful execution at every stage.
- Define and refine product features and enhancements for digital payment solutions, including wallet transfers, bill payments, and merchant services.
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer insights, business impact, and regulatory standards.
Business Requirements & Documentation
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), workflows, product specifications, and user journeys in alignment with company standards.
- Transform business objectives into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Testing, Quality Assurance & UAT
- Partner with QA teams to ensure all requirements are reflected in thorough test scenarios.
- Assess and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases to guarantee full coverage of business processes and compliance guidelines.
- Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm product readiness prior to launch.
Market Analysis & Data-Driven Decisions
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform product strategies.
- Track product KPIs, transaction performance, user adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Identify potential areas for innovation, optimization, and new financial product development.
Customer Experience & Product Optimization
- Promote simple, secure, and seamless digital payment experiences for our users.
- Assist with pilot launches, feature rollouts, and product enhancements to improve user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user journeys and product usability.
- Continuously refine product performance using analytics, operational feedback, and market insights.
