The Role
As a Product Operations Lead at Heidi, you will play a crucial role in shaping the operational landscape of our product teams. This role is focused on establishing systems, processes, and rhythms that enable our teams to deliver consistently high-quality software that clinicians depend on daily. We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on transforming strategic goals into actionable plans, alleviating challenges, and empowering teams to achieve their best work.
Your Responsibilities
- Enhance the Product team’s effectiveness by managing the operational framework that supports swift, focused, and high-quality software delivery.
- Design and implement Heidi’s product operating rhythm, including planning, roadmapping, execution tracking, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment as we scale.
- Convert product strategy and leadership directives into clear priorities, timelines, and actionable plans to ensure critical tasks are consistently addressed.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Leadership to identify bottlenecks, clarify uncertainties, and facilitate smooth execution.
- Oversee product-level process hygiene, ensuring roadmap accuracy, documentation quality, decision tracking, and internal filing are maintained.
- Develop and sustain streamlined systems and automation to minimize manual work while keeping product information current and accessible.
- Provide insights on delivery health, execution risks, and operational gaps to assist leadership in making informed product decisions.
