About the Role
As an integral part of the Product Operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing and scaling the operational foundation of Glean’s product initiatives while nurturing a vibrant, interconnected Product team community. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Ops, you will serve as a catalyst for our rapidly expanding SaaS product organization, combining strategic insights with hands-on implementation and an insatiable curiosity. Your ability to thrive in uncertain environments, build scalable processes, and advocate for data-driven decision-making will deliver significant value to our customers and teams — always with an AI-first perspective!
