About the Position:
We are in search of a dedicated Product Operations Specialist to enhance the servicing experience for our merchants daily. This pivotal role will operate within our product suite, ensuring a smooth payment experience for the small businesses we serve. You will be tasked with developing and executing top-tier processes for payments, fraud prevention, and customer servicing, all while collaborating closely with our Servicing Ops Lead to resolve challenges faced by hundreds of thousands of merchants. Your insights will be valued, and you will have an opportunity to contribute suggestions for continuous improvement!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Investigating and resolving issues related to payment processing, establishing alternative payment plans, error management, and ensuring full payment collections.
Delivering exceptional service to small business owners through email, SMS, and phone communication, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and resolving payment discrepancies.
Effectively de-escalating challenging situations and providing viable solutions.
Tracking and documenting payment issues to promote transparency and reduce instances of missed payments over time.
