The Opportunity
We are expanding our product team and are in search of a skilled Product Owner with robust Business Analyst capabilities to spearhead our Professional Services and client onboarding initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will delve deep into customer requirements, ensuring that new clients experience a seamless onboarding journey that is efficient, accurate, and successful. You will collaborate across two key teams:
- A Professional Services / Onboarding team, focused on tailored delivery, configuration, and integrations.
- A DevOps team, dedicated to upholding platform performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
Your role will involve close cooperation with Sales, Customer Success, and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment between commercial commitments, customer documentation, and successful go-live processes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the complete onboarding and professional services workflow for new C-Link customers, from post-sale to successful go-live.
- Examine client documentation (e.g., tender documents, contracts, legal templates) and convert requirements into templates, configurations, and actionable delivery plans within C-Link.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate deal closures, onboarding scoping, and smooth transitions into delivery.
- Serve as the primary Business Analyst for onboarding, breaking down complex customer needs into clear, actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services development team to execute onboarding tasks, client-specific configurations, and integrations.
- Work alongside UX on workflows and interfaces related to onboarding and configuration, ensuring clarity, scalability, and efficiency.
- Define and manage requirements for client integrations with third-party systems.
- Act as the Product Owner for the DevOps team to ensure platform performance, reliability, uptime, and site speed meet customer expectations.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks, manage trade-offs, and drive successful client outcomes.
