RequirementsGeneralAt least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management capacity.Experience in the fintech sector, particularly in payment processing or banking, is highly advantageous.A comprehensive understanding of the fintech ecosystem, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging payment technologies.Experience with acquiring, card processing, merchant onboarding, and chargeback processes.Basic familiarity with APIs, including the ability to read API documentation and understand request-response flows.Hard SkillsProven experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration.Strong foundation in UX principles, journey mapping, and usability best practices.Hands-on experience in UX analytics.In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing discovery, refinement, development, QA, release, and post-release monitoring.Proficient in producing clear and structured documentation, including BRD, PRD, acceptance criteria, use cases, and flow diagrams.Experience collaborating with engineering teams utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions considering constraints and risk assessments.Soft SkillsProactive ownership mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills with the capability to simplify complex ideas.Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in structuring ambiguous information.Empathetic, user-centered mindset with a balanced perspective of business and technical needs.
