As the Product Owner for the Remote Support Center, you will hold the overall responsibility for the development, positioning, and performance of a strategically vital service at Lely. Our Remote Support Center ensures that autonomous robots like the Lely Exos and Lely Juno Max remain operational 24/7 globally. By monitoring alarms and largely resolving issues remotely, we minimize downtime for our clients while providing valuable insights to our engineering teams.
In this pivotal role, you will guide the product vision and roadmap for the Remote Support Center. You will translate customer needs and internal feedback into clear priorities, focus on value creation, and ensure that processes and tools are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. Close collaboration with software developers, engineers, service teams, and other stakeholders will be essential to continuously enhance our service.
Beyond product ownership, you will play a key role in leading the operational team. You will establish frameworks, monitor quality and performance, and promote a professional approach suitable for a 24/7 service.
