Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Product and Raw Material Release & Documentation:Facilitate product and raw material release activities through the compilation and review of necessary documentation.Ensure the completeness and accuracy of batch records, test results, and release checklists.Coordinate the issuance and distribution of Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for internal teams and customers.Maintain well-organized electronic quality records and databases.Quality Systems & SOP Support:Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and related forms.Support document control activities including versioning, approvals, and archiving.Assist in enhancing quality systems and ensuring procedural consistency.Data Entry & Quality Records Management:Input and manage quality data within internal systems (LIMS, ERP, shared drives, or quality platforms).Track deviations, complaints, investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).Generate basic quality reports and summaries as required.Complaint Handling & Investigations:Document, investigate, and record product complaints in accordance with established SOPs.Support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).Assist in resolving product quality issues and coordinating follow-up measures.Co-Manufacturer & Supplier Quality Support:Provide support in quality assurance initiatives related to co-manufacturers and suppliers.

We are currently seeking a Product Quality Specialist to support the daily quality operations within our dietary supplement product line. This pivotal role ensures that our products are released in compliance with regulations, that quality documentation is precise and current, and that any quality-related issues are promptly investigated and resolved. This hands-on position is ideal for a meticulous quality professional with experience in the dietary supplement or nutraceutical sectors, eager to expand their knowledge in product release processes, documentation management, supplier communication, and quality investigations. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams and third-party manufacturing partners in a fast-paced, growth-centric environment.
