About the Team
The Research Design & Evaluation (RD&E) team is the core of Jacaranda Health, delivering crucial evidence for product design, implementation, scaling, and expansion of our programs. We pride ourselves on our data-driven approach and technical proficiency, utilizing cutting-edge technology to create high-impact solutions for maternal health.
The Research Projects department, part of RD&E, plays a vital role in generating evidence for informed decision-making. Our portfolio of research projects focuses on implementation, impact, growth, and sustainability, ensuring we provide high-quality products to our clients.
About the Role
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Product Research Manager with extensive experience in user experience research, including mixed-methods evaluation, and a strong focus on impact and sustainability. This role is ideal for a professional adept at deriving rapid, actionable insights from scaled product data and translating findings into programmatic and product design decisions. The Product Research Manager will lead the evaluation of interventions throughout their lifecycle—from early experimentation to scaling and ensuring long-term sustainability and impact. Collaborating closely with Product, Data & Analytics, Tech, and Programs teams, this position will explore the how, why, and for whom interventions succeed, with a keen focus on context, equity, and impact.
