Product Support Engineer, Boomi
We are looking for a motivated and technically savvy Product Support Engineer to join our EMEA Boomi Product Support team. If you have a passion for assisting customers and solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing expert guidance on the Boomi platform, and ensuring our customers achieve success. You will need a solid understanding of our products as well as a broad range of IT concepts to excel in this role.
Role Requirements:
- Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (to align with our UAE customer base)
- Coverage Hours: 7am - 3:30pm UTC
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation based on business needs
- Location: Hybrid, based in Exeter or Remote, UK
