About the Role
As a key member of the Product Management team within the Business Systems & Analytics department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CIO organization. The Business Systems team is dedicated to developing and implementing impactful, large-scale technology initiatives that maximize the ROI of Verkada's business systems and technology, ultimately enhancing the overall value and efficiency of our organization. Our mission is to streamline systems and processes, minimize manual and low-value tasks, and empower the company to operate more effectively, make informed decisions, and drive profitability.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-line support across our diverse platforms, systems, and processes. You will troubleshoot data-related issues, address access inquiries, and manage processing tasks.
- Leverage your experience to suggest enhancements in development, maintenance, and system standards that will improve team performance and user experience while ensuring long-term scalability.
- Document current processes, identify pain points, and outline assumptions related to business systems, continuously seeking opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance processes across all systems and tools.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and data, aiming to elevate our overall customer experience.
