What You’ll Do
- Provide timely, empathetic, and effective support to customers through chat, email, and community interaction.
- Diagnose product and technical issues, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure swift resolutions.
- Educate customers on Writesonic’s GEO and SEO functionalities, enabling them to unlock maximum potential.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base entries, and best practice guidelines.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, influencing product enhancements.
- Facilitate onboarding and adoption initiatives to integrate Writesonic into customers' daily routines.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or tech product support, preferably with familiarity in SEO, AI, or marketing tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Proficient in using support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
- A strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities; comfortable troubleshooting technical challenges.
- A genuine passion for customer experience—empathetic, patient, and proactive.
- A quick learner who excels in a fast-paced, remote-first startup atmosphere.
