Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize fine motor skills to assemble components according to detailed work procedures in English.
- Engage in tasks such as crimping, stripping wires, soldering, pinning connectors, and using various hand and automated tools.
- Maintain a focus on quality and precision.
- Document production quantities and time accurately.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- A high school diploma is required.
