Ensure top-notch quality by reviewing the final product through a series of quality checks before placing items into trays or bins. Prepare for production by performing finishing make-ready tasks and assist with machine setup and cleanup as required. Operate the Segbert and adhere to postal guidelines while packing direct mail orders and completing skid tags.
Conduct thorough inspections of products for quality defects and promptly correct any errors.
Efficiently pack, band, and sort products into batches, packets, and pallets.
Accurately count trays on pallets and verify against shipping documents to ensure correct counts and weights.
Document production progress and any issues or resolutions to maintain effective reporting across departments and shifts.
Assist in training and supporting new and existing team members.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
