- Efficiently manage and schedule the batching operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring precision and productivity.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of batching machinery and the surrounding area to guarantee seamless operational flow, working closely with the engineering team for scheduled maintenance.
- Verify correct flour loading into tankers and storage bins to support optimal production processes.
- Meticulously record and monitor production metrics for accuracy and compliance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food safety standards, including HACCP, FSSC, Halal, and ISO 22000 guidelines.
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure adherence to SOPs, fostering a culture of efficiency and teamwork.
