Your Role as a Production Cook
In our hot kitchen, you will primarily work with convenience products, including sous-vide cooked items, vegetable purees, soups, and traditional Dutch dishes. We operate with large production batches to maximize efficiency.
Our cold kitchen focuses on creating salad mixes according to recipes and various plant-based meat alternatives.
Ensure compliance with proper procedures and quality standards;
Adjust settings, operate, and maintain kitchen equipment and machinery;
Collaborate with colleagues to prepare fresh products according to recipes, carry out preparatory tasks as scheduled, assess ingredient freshness, and ensure quality and flavor during preparation;
Maintain cleanliness in both the work area and kitchen equipment.
This position requires a workweek of 38+ hours, starting around 08:00.
